TUNNEL PLANTER

煉瓦色の建物を貫くように穴が開けられたトンネル型の小さなプランター。
植物を直接植え込み育てていくことで、雨風の影響による自然な経年変化によりモルタルの表情が深まっていきます。
植物の成長とともに重厚な風貌へと変化していく様子は、小さいながらも歴史を感じさせる古い建物のようです。
育てる場所や植える植物よって、様々な表情を楽しむことができます。

This tunnel-shaped planter is made of brick-colored mortar. Somehow, the plant gives warmth to this cold, dark building…as if giving it a second chance to stand tall once again. With time, the pot will also give its own "flavor" along with the plant.
