HEI PLANTER

わずかな隙間で植物を楽しむプランター。
2センチ程のスリットが入った小さなモルタル塀です。
土だけを入れて庭先などに放置しておくと、忘れた頃にひょっこり小さな草が生えいるかもしれません。
植物を育てるのではなく、そこに生えてきた植物を愛でるのが、このプランターの正しい使い方。
自然との付き合い方の一つの提案です。

A planter that lets you enjoy plants through the smallest of gaps.
It takes the form of a small mortar wall with a slit of about 2 cm.
If you fill it only with soil and leave it outdoors, a small wild plant may quietly appear before you realise it.
Rather than cultivating a plant, the intended way to use this planter is to appreciate whatever grows there naturally.
It is a small proposal for another way of living with nature.
