MANSION PLANTER

屋上庭園の建物のようなモルタル素材のプランター。
ガラス窓と階段が付いた小さなマンションの中に、土と植物を直接植えて育てます。
雨土による経年変化でモルタルの表情が深まっていく様子は、時を重ねた重厚な建築の佇まいのようでもあり、自然と共存する都市の風景にも見えてきます。
正面の階段は排水穴になっています。水やりの度にチョロチョロと階段から水が流れ出る様子を眺めていると、日常の中の小さな世界が愛おしく感じられてきます。
植え込む植物や置き場所によっても、様々な表情を楽しむことができるプランターです。
